My order

I would like to place an order

Fill in the information about the product ordered: choose the size of the product and order an additional item by clicking on "Add a product". Fill in the payment information: your first name and last name, your email address, your delivery address and the means of payment (Debit Card, VISA, Mastercard or Paypal). And that's it! You do not need to create an account to place an order.

I want to cancel my order

You want to cancel your order? There's nothing to it, just go to our website, click on ""Track My Order"" and enter the order number of the order you wish to cancel. You will then have the possibility to cancel your order. Take note, however, that we will not be able to accept a cancellation request once the end of campaign has passed. You will find the campaign deadline on our website.

I want to change my order

You want to change your delivery address? Simple! Just go to our website, click on "Track My Order" and enter the order number of the order you wish to modify. Do you want to change the size of your product? You will need to contact our customer service department. Take note, however, that we will not be able to accept a change request once the end of campaign has passed.

Shipping & Delivery

When will I receive my order?

We offer two types of delivery: Standard Delivery: Your product is sent like a letter without tracking. The postman will place your order in your mailbox. If your order exceeds A4 paper in size, it will be sent as a parcel and will have a tracking number. Fast Delivery: By choosing this type of delivery (if offered), you will have a tracking number to track your order once it has left our warehouse.

Your order has been shipped!

You can follow the progress of your order by visiting our website, clicking on "Track My Order" and typing in your order number, which starts with an O. Here you can find out status of your order: be it in production, printed, or shipped. Don't know your order number? You will find it in your confirmation email, which you will receive after you have placed your order. You have lost your confirmation email? Simply go to our website, click on "Track my Order" click the option "Did you forget your order number?" and enter the email address you used to place your order. Cannot remember the email address used? Contact us via our contact form, providing us with: the product purchased, the date, the amount, your first name and last name

Payment

Will my debit / credit card be charged as soon as the order has been placed?

No. Your card is charged only if the campaign reaches its goal. Payment will be taken the day the campaign ends. If however the campaign does not reach its objective, your bank account / debit or credit card will not be charged.

Accepted Payment Methods

You can pay for your order by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or via Paypal. Warning: E-cards are not accepted.

Bank card verification

At the time of payment, it is possible that a card verification will be required. This verification is part of a 3D Secure procedure and is used to strengthen payment security. Simply follow the authentication procedures of your bank to allow us to ensure that you are the holder of the bank card that has been used.

What is the visual cryptogram?

The visual cryptogram or CVV is a 3-digit security code that you will find on the back of your debit / credit card. It is essential to provide it at the time of payment to allow us to validate your order.

Will my payment be secure?

Thanks to an HTTPS protocol, your payment is secure and ensures that all your banking information is transmitted to us by following a completely secure procedure. The collection of your credit or debit card information is provided by Be2bill, an approved payment solution. We do not store any information related to your debit or credit card.
